Giving a Recycling Program a More Recognizable Voice

For its 50th anniversary, the Alberta Bottle Depot Association needed more than a logo refresh. The rebrand reintroduced ABDA to Albertans through a modern identity and province-wide campaign that highlighted the role bottle depots play in communities across the province. Built around the idea that Alberta Runs on Empties, the work combined a renewed visual identity, custom illustration, and bold storytelling to make sustainability feel more visible, relevant, and engaging.
